Dr. Lupaș (Loo-posh) has specialized her practice in children and developmental disability, driven by her passion for serving these groups. She grew up alongside a brother with multiple disabilities and has seen how the right supports have helped him. As the oldest daughter to Romanian immigrants with limited financial resources, she has shaped her approach into one that is family-centered and seeks meaningful and sustainable impact for families. She adopts behavioral and cognitive-behavioral approaches to her care, incorporating mindfulness practice whenever possible. Prior to her private practice, Small Steps, she was a behavioral psychologist at Seattle Children's Autism Center, where she worked for 6 years. When away from work, she can be found hiking the national parks or gently reminding her cat (Twix) that she already ate breakfast.

Salloni Nanda, Ph.D has spent over 8 years doing work that she genuinely loves — helping children, adolescents, and adults find answers and move forward. Her approach comes from a simple belief: that you cannot understand a child without understanding the world they live in. Their family, their school, their culture — all of it shapes who they are and how they experience their challenges.
She specializes in two things: comprehensive psychological evaluations and evidence-based therapy for anxiety, OCD, and behavioral challenges. She brings rigorous clinical training to everything she does — but she also brings humor, warmth, and genuine curiosity. She never asks her clients to do anything she would not do herself.
