This 8-week, evidence-based program is  for parents of children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. SPACE was developed by Dr. Eli Leibowitz at the Yale Child Study Center and is shown to be as effective as traditional anxiety treatment. Group is held online on Wednesdays from 11am - 12:30pm. 

This 10-week group is for parents of tweens and teens who are struggling with navigating their child's big emotions. We will explore new ways of interacting to reduce conflict, increase connection, and engage in mindful parenting. 

Being a teenager can be stressful. This 8-week group aims to help teens connect and reduce stress through mindfulness practices based on the MBSR-T program developed by Gina Biegel, LMFT.
